The ProStart DC Invitational was held at the National Union Building in Northwest, where District of Columbia Public Schools and the Restaurant Association Metropolitan 含羞草传媒 showcased the culinary and management skills of the city’s top high school students, with Roosevelt High School winning the culinary competition for the second year in a row.
